Return & Refund Policy
All sales of crop inputs, soil amendments, and biological products are final. Due to the nature of agricultural products and regulations governing the handling and resale of crop inputs, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at orders@singularagronomics.com or 316-712-9174. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 business days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
No Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns due to application results, weather conditions, or agronomic outcomes, as these are influenced by factors outside our control including soil conditions, environmental variables, and application practices.
