Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship to the contiguous United States via UPS or USPS depending on product type, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us within 5 business days at orders@singularagronomics.com  We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days. We will investigate with the carrier. Singular Agronomics is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
