Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship to the contiguous United States via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on product type, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Hazmat & Restricted Products
Some agricultural inputs are classified as hazardous materials and may be subject to shipping restrictions. These products can only ship via ground transport and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or certain states. If your order contains a restricted product, we will contact you directly.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us within 5 business days at orders@singularagronomics.com or 316-712-9174. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days. We will investigate with the carrier. Singular Agronomics is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address.

P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship hazardous or oversized products to P.O. boxes. Standard, non-restricted products may ship to P.O. boxes at our discretion.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
